The System Room · Accessibility
If you cannot use this site, that is our problem.
We build toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are not going to tell you we have met it on every page, because we have not tested every page against it. What follows is where we actually stand, what we know is still broken, and how to reach a person if something here gets in your way.

1. The standard we build to
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. It is the standard most accessibility law in the United States and abroad points back at, and it is what we hold our client work to as well.
2. Where this site actually stands
Partially conformant. Most of this site is built the way it should be. Parts of it have not been walked end to end with a screen reader, and we would rather say that plainly than post a conformance badge we cannot back up.
3. What is built in
Real HTML text rather than words baked into images, so type can be resized, read aloud, and translated.
A skip-to-content link at the top of every page, so keyboard and screen reader users are not walked through the whole navigation on every visit.
Semantic landmarks and labelled navigation, so assistive technology announces the structure of a page instead of reading a wall of links.
Alt text on every image that carries meaning, and deliberately empty alt attributes on the decorative ones so they are skipped rather than described.
Navigation and links that can be reached and operated by keyboard, with visible focus styles so you can see where you are.
4. Gaps we already know about
We have not completed a full audit with assistive technology across every page of the site. That work is scheduled, not finished.
The booking page embeds a third-party scheduling tool. We do not control its markup. If it blocks you, email us and we will book the call by hand, same slot, same conversation.
If a document or download we have sent you is not usable with your setup, tell us and we will send the content in a format that works.
5. Telling us something is broken
Email hello@launchcreative.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you know the browser or assistive technology you were using, include it. It shortens the hunt considerably.
We respond to accessibility reports within five business days. Small fixes we usually just make. Anything bigger, we will tell you what we found and when it will be done.
6. How we build client sites
To the same standard. Accessibility belongs inside the build, priced with it, rather than sold back to you as a repair after somebody complains.
If you are a client and want the accessibility posture of your own site reviewed, that is a conversation worth having before you need it. Start with a Systems Audit.
