The System Room · AI Disclosure
We use AI. Here is exactly where.
Most firms using AI would rather you did not ask. We would rather show you the wiring, because the wiring is the part you are actually buying. This page covers where AI sits in our work, what a person is always responsible for, what happens to your data, and the things we will not do with it.

1. Where AI shows up in the work
AI does the repeatable part. Research synthesis, first drafts, code scaffolding, production work, data cleanup, catalog and migration work, and the internal agents that run our own intake, site monitoring, and reporting.
It is very fast at the work that used to eat days, which is why a client site that had been offline for 41 days went back up in one. That speed is the product of the tooling. The decision about what to rebuild, and in what order, was not.
2. What a person is always responsible for
Every deliverable is read by a person here before it reaches you or the public.
Strategy, recommendations, pricing, and any judgment call about your business are made by people and signed by us. No agent we build gets the last word on a decision that touches your customers or your money. When something we ship is wrong, that is our error to own, not the model's.
3. What we do with your data
We work inside commercial accounts whose terms keep client material out of provider training data.
We do not put credentials, card numbers, or your customers' personal information into general-purpose AI tools. When an engagement genuinely needs client data inside a system we are building, we say so in the scope document first, and we build it inside your stack behind proper access controls rather than pasting it somewhere convenient.
What we collect through this website, and who processes it, is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
4. What we will not do with AI
No Slop as a Service.
We do not publish AI-generated testimonials, reviews, or case study numbers. If we show you a result, it happened, and the client agreed to us saying so.
We do not generate a real person's face or voice without their permission.
We do not hand you a stack of model output and call it strategy. If you cannot tell which part of the thinking was ours, we have not done our job.
5. When we tell you
AI use is disclosed per engagement. Before work starts, your scope document names which parts of the build are AI-assisted, what the review process looks like, and who at Launch Creative owns the final read. If you need that in writing for your own compliance file, ask and we will send it.
6. Why we are this specific about it
Disclosure rules for AI are still being written, and every draft we have seen is getting stricter rather than looser. We pay closer attention to where those rules are heading than most people selling AI, and we would rather already be doing the thing we expect to be asked to do in two years.
It is not magic, and pretending otherwise has a shelf life.
7. Common questions
- Does Launch Creative use AI to do client work?

- Is anything sent to me without a human reading it first?
- No. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person at Launch Creative before it reaches you or the public. Nothing ships on autopilot.

- Not by us. We work in commercial accounts whose terms keep client material out of provider training data, and we do not put credentials, payment details, or your customers' personal information into general-purpose AI tools.
- Will you tell me which parts of my project are AI-assisted?
- Yes. AI use is disclosed per engagement. Before work starts, your scope document names which parts of the build are AI-assisted, what the review process is, and who owns the final read.
