THE SYSTEMS SPRINT · MARKETING AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS

They teach you to talk to AI. We build the marketing and business systems your company runs on.

Most AI training hands you a folder of prompts and wishes you luck. The Systems Sprint is different. In six weeks you build one real marketing or business system, the one that keeps breaking because it still lives in your head, and you leave with it running without you. You stop being the part of the business that has to be there for the work to move.

For established owners who already use AI a little and have one marketing or business workflow they are tired of holding together by hand.

Launch Creative, LLC · Marketing and Business Systems Since 2008

There are two ways to own a business that uses AI.

One owner uses AI. He opens a chat, types a prompt, gets something useful, and does it again tomorrow. The tool got faster. The business did not. He is still the thing every workflow runs through.

The other owner builds systems. The knowledge lives where the business can reach it. The handoff fires on its own. Something catches the work when it breaks. He can step away for two weeks and the work still moves.

The gap between them is not talent, budget, or better tools. It is whether anyone ever showed him how to turn a tool into infrastructure. That is the entire job of this room.

A chatbot that answers questions is not a system that runs your business.

We have watched owners spend a year putting AI to work and end up with a faster way to write emails and nothing else. The tool was never the problem. The problem is that nobody showed them how to turn a tool into infrastructure: the place the knowledge lives, the trigger that hands work off, the step that catches it when it fails.

That gap is expensive. Every month it stays open, your marketing stalls, your team gets whiplashed by one more app, your processes live in your head, and the work only moves when you personally touch it. You do not feel it as a single bad day. You feel it as a year where you were busy and nothing compounded.

What the room is

One room, focused on marketing and business systems, so the work goes deep.

This cohort is marketing and business systems only. Everyone in the room is fixing the same shape of problem, which is the whole point. When a room is mixed, we spend the time chasing fifteen different questions and nobody leaves with their own thing finished. When everyone is solving for marketing and business systems, the teardown is yours, not a toy example.

We take one workflow you run by hand right now, the lead intake, the nurture sequence, the content engine, the proposal and follow-up, the onboarding, the handoff that only works because you are standing over it, and we build it into a system that runs end to end. You will see the wiring every time. Where the knowledge sits, what fires the handoff, what happens the day something breaks. It is not magic, and we will show you all of it.

What you get

Three things, delivered in six weeks.

01

Four live build sessions

Ninety minutes each, across six weeks. You build alongside Michelle and the Launch Creative, LLC team, with a builder beside you, so no question waits a week for an answer.

02

Your one-on-one install call

We put what you built into your actual business, on your actual stack. You leave with something running, not a certificate. Led by Michelle, run with the Launch Creative, LLC team, so the room never bottlenecks on one person.

03

One system, finished

You walk in with one marketing or business workflow you do by hand and walk out with it running without you. One real win you can see, not fifteen you mean to get to.

How the six weeks actually go.

  1. Session one

We find the one system. You bring the workflow you hold together by hand. We map where it lives, where it leaks, and what it costs you every week it stays in your head. You leave session one knowing exactly what you are building and why it is the right one.

  2. Session two

We build the spine. The place your knowledge lives so the business can reach it. This is the part most people skip, and it is why their AI keeps guessing. By the end you have the foundation the rest of the system stands on.

  3. Session three

We wire the handoff. The trigger that moves the work without you. The step that catches it when something breaks. This is where it stops being a chatbot and starts being infrastructure.

  4. Session four

We pressure-test it. We try to break it on purpose, in the room, so it does not break on you later. You leave with it running.

  5. Your one-on-one install call

We put what you built into your actual business, on your actual stack. You leave with something running, not a certificate.

What a Sprint leaves running.

Two weeks, one board. These are the kinds of desks a Sprint installs, replayed here as a single week. Every card is work that used to wait on the owner. The card with the approval step still asks before anything leaves the building; that part is deliberate.

Simulation. A scripted week.

      Waiting on one yes

Two honest answers before you decide.

"I am not technical enough to build a system."

If you can explain your workflow to a new hire, you can build this. You are not writing code. You are telling us how the work actually moves, and we build the infrastructure with you in the room. The people who do best here are clear about their business, not fluent in tools.

"I do not have six weeks to spare."

You are already spending them. The workflow you hold together by hand is taking the time now, every week, with no end. Four ninety-minute sessions across six weeks buys back the hours you are currently losing on repeat.

      Before you claim a seat

Make sure this is the right room for you.

This room is for you if

You already run an established business and use AI a little, but your marketing or core business workflow still bottlenecks on you. You can name the one system that breaks when you step away, and you are ready to spend six focused weeks building the fix.

Come to the free class first if

You are newer to AI and have not built anything with it yet. Start with our free Wednesday class, where we work in front of you and you leave with a short audit that tells you exactly which marketing or business system to fix first.

      Not sure which room?

Book a Systems Audit. Thirty minutes, we look at how your business actually runs, find the system that breaks without you, and name your highest-impact next move. You'll leave with a plan.

      Why us, in plain terms

Real businesses, real receipts, work you can check.

We have built marketing and business systems for real clients since 2008. That matters in a market where most people selling AI courses cannot point to a single client they have actually helped.

I also watch where AI regulation is heading more closely than most people selling AI, and we build for where the rules are going, not just where they sit today. The system you build here will still be standing when the policy catches up.

A receipt from a recent build

10.9 seconds to 0.07. Zero orders lost.

A client's storefront was taking almost eleven seconds to load, and its order email had quietly stopped arriving. We moved the whole thing, all 763 records intact, onto hosting that answers in under a tenth of a second, and rebuilt the mail path so confirmations land in the inbox again. We verified every piece of it end to end before calling it done, because "it looks fine" is not a check.
