We take one workflow you run by hand right now, the lead intake, the nurture sequence, the content engine, the proposal and follow-up, the onboarding, the handoff that only works because you are standing over it, and we build it into a system that runs end to end. You will see the wiring every time. Where the knowledge sits, what fires the handoff, what happens the day something breaks. It is not magic, and we will show you all of it.

How the two weeks actually go.
Session one
We find the one system. You bring the workflow you hold together by hand. We map where it lives, where it leaks, and what it costs you every week it stays in your head. You leave session one knowing exactly what you are building and why it is the right one.
Session two
We build the spine. The place your knowledge lives so the business can reach it. This is the part most people skip, and it is why their AI keeps guessing. By the end you have the foundation the rest of the system stands on.
Session three
We wire the handoff. The trigger that moves the work without you. The step that catches it when something breaks. This is where it stops being a chatbot and starts being infrastructure.
Session four
We pressure-test it. We try to break it on purpose, in the room, so it does not break on you later. You leave with it running.

We rebuilt it around a single rule: never send to an unverified address, and never send on the domain your business answers email on. The rebuilt system now verifies every address before it can become a contact, and its AI only joins a conversation after a real person replies. We sell lead-gen infrastructure because we have paid, personally, for what happens without it.

- Format
- Four live sessions over two weeks, 90 minutes each, plus your one-on-one install call. Marketing and business systems only.
- Starts
- Cohort dates are announced to the list first. Capped at twelve seats so every system in the room gets real attention.
- Refund policy
- Do the work and use what you build. If, thirty days after your install call, it has not delivered what we promised, email us and we will refund you in full. Full terms are in your enrollment agreement.
- No surprises
- No trial that turns into a charge. No card kept on file for anything you did not buy.
