1. Covered products and when this applies
This license covers Handle This, Delegation Scripts and Business Brain Starter, whether purchased separately or together, and their supplied lessons, PDFs, scripts, templates and download files (the Materials). It applies to a new purchase only when this version is presented and accepted at checkout, or when you separately agree to it. It does not retroactively replace the terms accepted for an earlier purchase. A copy included with an update is a notice, not evidence of your acceptance. Other products, including Weekend Website, and separately signed client agreements retain their own applicable terms. If a specific written order or license grants broader rights, those express rights control.
2. Your permitted use
After payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own internal business operations. You may download and back up the files, edit the templates and scripts, and create working documents for your own business. Employees and contractors working solely for that business may use the minimum copies needed for that work, provided they are told the restrictions, keep the Materials confidential and stop using them when the work ends. You remain responsible for the access you authorize. A contractor does not receive a license for other clients. You may use adapted messages in normal communications with your own customers and vendors; that is not redistribution of the product.
3. Sharing, resale and competing products
You may not resell, sublicense, give away or publicly post the Materials or substantially copied or repackaged versions of them; upload them to a public drive, template library or shared download site; or include them in a course, toolkit, membership, client deliverable or other product for third parties without written permission. You may not remove proprietary notices from copies of the supplied Materials. Do not share course-portal credentials or allow others to use your purchaser account. Permitted internal team copies do not include shared portal logins. Contact hello@launchcreative.com for additional business, client-delivery, teaching or resale rights.
4. AI tools and confidential handling
You may use the Materials with an AI tool for your own permitted internal business work, subject to that tool's terms and appropriate account and sharing controls. Do not publish the Materials through a public or shared GPT, agent, prompt library or model dataset, or use them to create or train a product distributed to third parties without written permission. Limit access to authorized internal users and use reasonable care to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Review the AI provider's data-use settings before uploading confidential information. This license does not promise that any third-party tool will keep information confidential.
5. Ownership and boundaries
Launch Creative and its licensors retain their rights in the supplied original text, arrangement, examples, designs and other protectable expression. You retain your own business information, independently created content and pre-existing intellectual property. This license does not claim ownership of general ideas, facts, methods, skills, public-domain material or rights that the law does not protect. It does not prevent you from using what you learn or independently developing your own materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Nothing here limits fair use or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
6. Access and enforcement
If there is a material breach, Launch Creative may give written notice describing it and a reasonable opportunity to stop and remedy it. Access may be suspended promptly where reasonably necessary to stop ongoing unauthorized distribution, account abuse or a security threat. Any termination or other remedy must be consistent with applicable law and the terms governing your purchase. On lawful termination for breach, stop using and remove unauthorized copies of the Materials; this does not require deletion of your own business data or independently created work. Launch Creative reserves available lawful remedies; this license does not impose an automatic penalty or guarantee a particular remedy.
7. Purchase terms and questions
This license supplements the Launch Creative Terms of Service and the product description and refund terms presented for your purchase. It does not change the price, refund policy or promised deliverables, and does not guarantee results. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
