A working website. A clear path to booking.
When inquiries and missed calls are hard to follow, connect the next step. Get a plumbing website, local search management and CRM with assigned follow-up and booking, in accounts you own. Built by a Newport Beach studio working since 2008.
Your inquiry process
A website and follow-up your shop can use.
Customers need a clear service offer and a working way to call, inquire or book. Your office needs to see the inquiry, the assigned next action and its status.
The package connects the website, local search accounts and lead-capture CRM. Missed-call text back, booking and review requests run on configured rules, with your team responsible for the follow-through.
You own the website, accounts and tracking number. The monthly report records calls, inquiries and booking status from your accounts. We agree the work, responsibilities and fee before anything starts.

What you get, in plain terms
The site
Twelve to fifteen pages a plumber actually needs. Home, a page for every service you sell (drain cleaning, water heaters, repipes, slab leaks, sewer, gas lines, tankless, emergency), a page for every city you drive to, reviews, about, contact.
We choose the platform for the project. This proposed plumbing site uses WordPress on WP Engine.
Every page is written the way people ask questions out loud now, with real question headings and short direct answers, and marked up in code so Google and the answer engines read you as a plumbing company in your city instead of guessing. The phone number is tappable on every screen. Forms come to your phone as a text message, not to an inbox somebody checks at nine at night.
The engine
Local Services Ads. Setup or cleanup on your own Google account, a weekly budget and bid check, and the lead disputes, which is where the money quietly leaks out if nobody is watching. Plus the review request that goes out automatically after every closed job, because review velocity is what keeps Google showing you in the box.
Google Business Profile and listings. Optimization, monthly posts, review responses, and consistent name, address and phone across Apple, Bing Places, Yelp, Nextdoor and the BBB. Bing Places matters more than it used to because it feeds the answer engines.
Search and AI visibility. One content piece a month written off live keyword data for your market, schema kept current, and Search Console as the record of what is actually being searched and clicked.
Lead capture. A CRM built for a plumbing shop: pipeline from new to quoted to booked to done, missed-call text back, web chat, booking calendar, review requests. Agreed follow-up rules connect the next step to your team.
Care. Hosting, patching, security monitoring, uptime checks, and a form test, so the site does not quietly break in a month when you are busy.
The report. One page, every month. Calls. Form leads. Local Services leads and how many booked. Tracked queries in Search Console. Reviews gained. No proprietary dashboard, because the whole point is that it is your data in tools you already own.

- You own everything from day one. Not at the end of the term, not on good behaviour, not after a payout.
- Ad spend runs on your own Google account. It never passes through us, we never mark it up, and we never front it.
- The management fee is flat. It is never a percentage of your spend.
- Every future change is a dated line item you approve before it bills.
- If we ever waive a fee, it stays on the invoice with a line through it, so you can always see what it was and what it would be.
- Your agreement sets the cancellation terms. Your website, accounts and phone number remain yours.
The handoff
What you own, and where it lives
You get this list as a document on day one, with every login in a password vault under your name. Not a paragraph in a contract. A checklist you can audit.
Your domain, registered in your own registrar account, under your own login.
The website, WordPress on WP Engine, in an environment that transfers to you as a unit.
All the content, the copy, the code, the photos, the schema.
Google Business Profile, owned by your Google account. We are added as a manager and can be removed in two clicks.
The Local Services Ads account, in your name, funded by your card, managed by us.
Google Analytics and Search Console, your property, your historical data.
The CRM sub-account, exportable, with your contacts and your pipeline.
The tracking phone number, which ports to you on exit. That clause is in the agreement before you sign it, not discovered after.
What happens next
The first ninety days
01
Month one. You approve a design, the site goes live, and your Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads and CRM get wired up on your accounts. You get the ownership handoff document the day the site launches.
02
Month two. Local Services Ads run a full month with disputes and review requests working, the first content piece publishes, and you get your first one-page report.
03
Month three. Three months of real numbers from your own accounts, and a straight conversation about whether search ads have earned a place next to what is already working.
Building what's next. Since 2008.
Launch Creative, LLC. Newport Beach, California. Established 2008.
Eighteen years of client sites, built on the same stack the national home-services agencies build on: WordPress, WP Engine, Kadence, Rank Math, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads. The difference is what is not sitting on top of it. There is no proprietary tracking layer here, because there is nothing we need to keep.

Thirty minutes, and bring your invoice
Bring your current marketing invoice and your list of logins. We will tell you what you own, what you only think you own, and what it would take to get the rest of it back. If the honest answer is that you should stay where you are, that is the answer you will get.
