Michelle Barto
Michelle Barto founded Launch Creative in 2008. She leads strategy and delivery for websites and business systems, from the first assessment to the final review. She uses these systems in her own business and brings that experience to client work. Her focus is practical: a clear plan, work that holds up and a team that knows how to run it.
Lily Andreasen
Lily coordinates client delivery, leads weekly progress reviews and maintains the risk register and client updates. She also manages website, SEO and security work and builds email sequences and automations in GoHighLevel.
Ella Munzell
Ella writes team documentation and runbooks and tests email sequences on desktop and mobile. She checks inbox placement, links and tags, and records issues for review.
We use these systems ourselves for website monitoring, client updates and reporting. Our team reviews the work and handles anything that needs a decision.
We adapt these workflows for clients in the AI Operations Install.

We bring in independent technical specialists when the scope calls for them.
The project plan names the implementation owner, technical reviewer and escalation contact before work begins. Launch Creative remains accountable, including for specialist work.
