What gets approved is exactly what goes live.
Some teams can't publish a page, send a spec sheet or ship an order until it has been checked and signed off. We build your website, content and workflows around that review, and we keep a record of every step, so you can show what was approved, when, and by whom.
Who this is for
Teams with a formal review before anything goes out: legal, regulatory, quality or brand sign-off. If a mistake on your website or in your paperwork costs you more than an awkward email, this is for you.
What we handle
- Requirements and content mapping. Every page, claim and document gets a line on one list, with its source, its owner and its status, before any design starts.
- Submissions for your review system. We prepare each package the way your reviewers need it, with references attached and every change since the last round listed.
- Every comment tracked to a resolution. Nothing changes that isn't on the log, and nothing on the log closes without a written answer.
- Built only from approved versions. Approved content is locked. A change goes back through review.
- A second check on the live site. A different person checks the live pages word for word against what was approved, before launch and after.
- Quality control checks that flag gaps. Checks run on the workflow itself and mark missing information instead of guessing.
- Dense requirements turned into a records portal. We take the hard-to-read rules and paperwork your business has to follow and turn them into a simple portal where your team logs what's required and pulls up any record the moment an inspector or auditor asks.
- Change control after launch. Every update follows the same path, with the same record.
We plan for what could go wrong
Before we build anything, we research your requirements, your review rules and the places projects like yours usually break: a reviewer who joins late, a claim with no source, an approval that expires, a login nobody can find. Each one goes on a shared risk list from day one, with an owner, an early warning sign and what we do about it. We bring it to every weekly meeting, so problems get handled while they are still small.
Security on every engagement
These are standard on every project, in writing, with no exceptions:
- Accounts stay in your company's name, and you can remove our access at any time.
- Every person gets their own login. Nobody shares a password.
- Passwords live in a secure vault, never in email or chat.
- Each person and each tool gets only the access the work needs.
- A backup and a staging copy come before any change to a live site.
- Your confidential material stays in the places you approve, and it never goes into an AI tool you haven't approved in writing.
- When the project ends, we hand back every login and remove our access, and you get a written record of it.
How it works
We start with a fit call, then a short assessment of how your review runs today and where it slows down. You get a written plan with stages, dates built around your review calendar, and the checks we will run at each step. Weekly 30-minute meetings, notes the same day, and a status email every Friday.
If your review process is the reason things take months, let's look at it together.
