Capability

An AI automation agency that builds systems you own.

Most AI automation agencies hand you a stack of subscriptions and a dashboard you rent. We build agents and workflows on the systems you already run, train your team to operate them, and leave you holding the keys.

The engagement

What an automation engagement covers.

  1. 01

    Bottleneck mapping

We start on the free 30-minute call and find where the work actually slows down, before anyone talks about tools.

  2. 02

    System design

We decide together what to automate, what needs an agent, and what stays human. Naming the last one matters as much as the first two.

  3. 03

    Team rollout

We ship the workflow, transfer ownership to the people who use it daily, and stay long enough to make it stick.

Scope

What we automate.

Marketing operations

Content pipelines, campaign systems, and reporting that assembles itself instead of waiting on someone's Friday afternoon.

Client and lead workflows

Intake, follow-up, and scheduling wired together so a new inquiry never sits in an inbox over a weekend.

Internal operations

Quality control, handoffs, and approvals, with the checks written down instead of living in one person's head.

AI agents with defined jobs

Agents built around a real responsibility, with a scope and an owner. Not a demo that impresses a meeting and then goes quiet.

Checklist

How to vet an AI automation agency.

  • Ask who owns the accounts when the engagement ends.

The answer should be you, in writing, without a conversation about it. Every platform, key, and workflow we build should sit in accounts your company controls, so ending the relationship costs you nothing but our time.

  • Ask what happens when a workflow breaks at 9pm.

Automations fail eventually, usually because a tool upstream changed. What matters is whether anyone notices, whether your team can see the failure, and whether the fix is documented somewhere other than a support ticket.

  • Ask whether the team teaching AI uses it to run their own business.

We build our own operations on the same systems we sell, which is the only reason we have opinions about what holds up. A studio that only builds for clients is guessing about the parts that get annoying in month four.

  • Ask for plain terms, one price, and a refund policy you can find.

Pricing that requires a phone call to understand is a warning. Our engagements are scoped after the audit, quoted as one number, and the terms are published where you can read them before you decide.

Questions

The short answers.

Engagements are scoped after a Systems Audit, because the honest number depends on what we find. The Systems Sprint starts at $5,000, and we publish plain terms before you buy.
