This is the system we run at Launch Creative, adapted to your business and installed in your own accounts.
Who it's for
Established business owners with a team, active clients and books in accounting software. The Install is for routine requests, client updates and reporting that still depend on you.
What's Included
- Business Brain: shared business knowledge. A plain-language knowledge base compiled from your inbox, documents and recorded calls, covering clients, offers, prices, vendors, decisions and responsibilities. Each fact is tied to its source. Your team and workflows read from it, and it keeps compiling after handoff.
- Three Desks: weekly workflows. The command inbox takes requests from you and one person you name, runs on a schedule and replies in the thread. Sending to clients, moving money, deleting or publishing waits for your approval. The client weekly report drafts updates from your systems for your review before sending. The weekly numbers scoreboard reads your accounting system every Friday and identifies one lever for the week.
- Morning Brief: a daily status page. Your calendar, what each workflow did, what needs your decision and whether everything ran, ready before your day starts.
- Runbook: team instructions and training. Daily and weekly instructions your VA or team member can follow. Before handoff, they run a full week from it alone; anything they need to ask is added to the instructions.
How We Measure Progress
We agree on one number at the assessment, record its baseline and review it every Friday. At day 90 we measure it again the same way. It might be owner hours in a named workflow, days from finished work to payment, or client requests closed without you.
The 90-Day Plan
Days 1 to 14: agree the plan, account map, responsibilities and acceptance checks. You sign the five planning documents before we build.
Days 10 to 75: compile the business knowledge first. The command inbox and morning brief go live by day 45. Client reports and the scoreboard follow, running live for at least two weeks before handoff.
Every week: a 30-minute progress meeting, a Friday status email and a shared Risk Register from day one.
Days 75 to 90: check each workflow and its security, then have your team run it from the Handoff Runbook for five business days. We resolve the gaps, measure your number again and hand it over. All nine project documents are available on Our Process.
Pricing
AI Operations Install: $25,000, fixed scope, 90 days.
40% at signing, 40% at day 45, 20% at day 90.
Operations Assessment: $2,500, credited in full to your Install.
Operate, after day 90: $2,500 a month, optional.

Do you publish pricing?
On this page, yes. The AI Operations Install is $25,000, fixed scope, 90 days. The Operations Assessment is $2,500 and comes off your Install in full. Operate, after an Install, is $2,500 a month. Websites and care plans are quoted against the scope on the first call.
How much of my time does it take?
About two to three hours a week. That's a 90-minute kickoff, three one-hour interviews to document how your business works, the 30-minute weekly meeting and your approvals.
Who does the work?
Our founder leads your assessment and final review. Your account manager coordinates delivery, supported by our operations team and technical specialists as needed. Our team reviews all AI-assisted work.
Whose accounts does it run on, and is my data safe?
Yours, in your business's name, from day one. We're users on your accounts, never the owners. Passwords move through 1Password, never email or chat. Each workflow gets the least access that works, and nothing goes to your clients without your approval. Our agents never move money.
Is AI writing to my clients?
Your weekly client reports are put together automatically from your own systems, and you read and approve each one before it goes. You decide if and when anything sends on its own.
What happens after day 90?
You own all of it. Your team runs it from the runbook, and the morning brief tells them each day whether everything ran. If you want us watching it with them, Operate is $2,500 a month, month to month.
