Capability
Team AI training.
Help teams learn AI through the problems and responsibilities they already understand.
The problem
Your team does not need another tool demo.
Most teams have already been shown AI. Somebody ran a lunch session, everyone opened a chat window, three people got excited, and a month later the work looked exactly the way it looked before.
The gap is not enthusiasm and it is not access. Nobody connected the tool to the job. People learn software through the responsibilities they already carry, which is why asking an operations manager to go explore AI produces nothing at all. Ask her instead how she would hand off the parts of the month-end close that never change, and you have a training session with something at stake.
Who it is for
Teams that need AI to be practical, not theoretical.
- Marketing teams that have tried AI tools but cannot make them part of daily work.
- Operations teams with repeatable work that should be handled by agents and workflows.
- Leaders who want their teams to use AI confidently, with judgment and guardrails.
- Companies that bought AI tools and need the team to actually adopt them.
What the training covers
The skills that make AI useful inside a real business.
Agent design
How to choose the right work for an agent, define its inputs and outputs, and keep a human in the loop.
Workflow integration
Connecting AI tools to the systems the team already uses so the work does not live in one person's prompts.
Prompt judgment
When to trust AI output, when to verify it, and how to spot the errors that matter for your business.
Adoption and change
How to introduce new tools so the team uses them, improves them, and owns the results.
The part most training skips
What your team pastes into a chat window is a business decision.
The fastest way to get AI banned inside a company is one person pasting a client contract into a free tool. Most training never raises it, because most trainers are teaching a tool rather than the operation around it.
We teach the boundary first. What may go into which system, what must never, who approves an exception, and what the record looks like afterward.
We watch where AI regulation is heading more closely than most people selling AI, and we build for where the rules are going, not just where they sit today. Your team should not have to relearn its habits every time the guidance moves.
How it runs
Training built around your work, not a generic curriculum.
01
Diagnose
We identify the tasks, decisions, and bottlenecks where AI can help your specific team.
02
Design
We build a training plan around real workflows, not abstract features.
03
Train
We run live sessions where the team practices with their own tools and data.
Who this is not for
Two good reasons to close this page.
If you want a keynote, we are not the right call. This is working training. People bring live work to the session and they leave having done the thing, rather than having watched someone do it.
And if your team has no repeating work worth systematizing yet, keep your money. Come back when the same task has annoyed three different people.
Questions
What leaders ask before they book.
- Do we need to have chosen our AI tools before the training?
- No, and it is often better if you have not. Choosing tools before you have named the work is how companies end up paying for three overlapping subscriptions that nobody opens. We look at the work first.
- What if our team is skeptical of AI?
- Good. Skeptical teams ask better questions and build safer systems. The people who worry out loud about accuracy and client data are usually the ones who end up running the whole thing well.
- Which tools do you teach?
- Wherever possible, the ones you already pay for. The judgment we teach travels between tools, which matters, because the specific products will keep changing and the questions your team has to ask will not.
- Is the training remote or on site?
- Both work. Sessions run live either way, remote over video or in your own room, and we choose the format that fits how your team already works. We settle it on the audit call before anything is scheduled.
- How many people can attend?
- Small enough that everybody brings live work and gets time on it. That is the only rule. We set the group size while scoping the session, and larger teams get split into more than one group rather than crammed into one.
- How is this different from The System Room?
- This is private training built on your work, with us in the room. The System Room is where we publish the products and teaching for people building their own systems without us. Same thinking, different delivery.
