The business problem
Lido Isle Community Association needed a website residents could use for everyday tasks: booking tennis and basketball courts, reserving clubhouse rooms, finding architectural change forms, and checking community events.
What we built
Launch Creative built the members-only platform and its booking and information tools. The current design and user-experience refresh builds on that existing system while retaining the functions residents rely on every day.
The Outcome
The original platform served the association for ten years. The continuing refresh retains its established booking and member functions while updating the design and making everyday tasks easier to navigate.
