Engagement
Keep customers and everyday work moving.
When inquiries, customer onboarding and routine approvals keep coming back to you, the business needs a clearer way to move the work.
We build the follow-up, intake, ordering and reporting systems agreed in your scope, alongside the websites and customer touchpoints they connect to. Your team gets tested handoffs, documented responsibilities and help putting them into use.
Need a defined starting point? Our flagship AI Operations Install puts shared business knowledge, three workflows, a daily status page and a team runbook in place over 90 days. Explore the AI Operations Install.
Who it is for
Operators who need marketing and operations to keep up.
- Founders and CEOs who have outgrown their current marketing setup and want a senior operator inside the business rather than another vendor.
- Marketing leaders whose teams need inquiry capture, assigned follow-up and clear pipeline visibility.
- Operations leaders who need intake, orders or approvals built into a documented process the team can use.
- Companies whose website, content, and internal tools no longer match how the business actually runs.
Problems addressed
The work that keeps coming back to the owner.
An inquiry arrives without a clear next step.
Inquiry capture, assigned follow-up, booking and reminders connect to a pipeline your team can see.
A new customer says yes, then waits.
Intake, required documents, agreed payment steps and delivery handoffs make readiness and missing information visible.
Routine work waits for the owner.
Ordering, approvals and reporting get defined responsibilities and exception rules so your team knows what to do next.
The website leaves customers unsure what to do.
Clear offers, client work and working inquiry forms, appointments or orders give customers a usable next step.
What the engagement may include
Every engagement is custom.
No two businesses get the same scope. We diagnose first, then agree on which of the following we will actually build together. Every client solution is unique.
- A defined business problem, agreed deliverables and a documented process.
- Follow-up, intake, ordering, approvals and reporting workflows where scoped.
- Implementation and testing inside the tools your team already uses.
- Website design and customer touchpoints connected to inquiries, booking or orders where scoped.
- Team handoff, documentation and practice using the agreed workflow.
- Ongoing operating support while the systems settle into the business.

A zero-dollar checkout that still gets the order fulfilled
An internal promo store connecting Califia Farms' sales representatives with warehouse fulfillment, with no charge for goods or shipping.
Case study · Emergency repair and hosting
Every paid order reaching the team again, and zero lost in the move
A Denver mattress-recycling non-profit's website kept taking paid pickup orders while every notification to staff failed without a word. We found the dead mail connection and fixed it the same day, then moved the site to faster hosting with every order record intact.
Case study · Commerce systems
Online stock that updates from the register every morning
A downtown Ventura gift and coffee shop moved its online store onto a site that reads its point-of-sale inventory every morning, sells supplier stock it never has to touch, and sends each dropship order straight to the supplier.

How the work runs
Diagnose. Design. Build. Train. Operate.
01
Diagnose
We sit inside the business and map where marketing and operations are actually breaking.
02
Design
We agree on the specific agents, workflows, and infrastructure worth building.
03
Build
We build in the tools your business uses.
04
Train
We train the team on the new way of working until it sticks.
05
Operate
We stay close while the systems bed in and hand off cleanly once your team is running them.
What makes Launch Creative different
One team to connect the customer journey and the work behind it.
Since 2008, we have built websites and business systems for real clients. We scope the deliverable, connect it to your existing operation and help the people responsible use it.
Marketing judgment
Our team directs strategy and reviews the work.
Operational diagnosis
We find the real constraint before we build anything.
Agent and workflow implementation
Your scope defines what can run automatically and what needs approval. AI-generated client communications are reviewed before sending unless you have expressly approved that recurring workflow. People remain responsible for strategy, recommendations and pricing. Agents do not move money.
Team training
Your team gets practice, instructions and training.
Website and digital infrastructure
We build and maintain the websites and connections the work depends on.
Eighteen years of agency experience
The judgment behind every decision predates the tools.
Relevant receipts

Website recovery

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
- Is this a fixed package?
- No. Every engagement is scoped to the diagnosis. We agree on what we are building together before the work starts.
- How is an engagement priced?
- We agree on a fixed fee for a defined scope before work starts. The AI Operations Install has its own published scope and pricing. Other projects are quoted after we review the work.
- Is this only about AI?
- The deliverable is the business solution agreed in your scope: a working website, follow-up, intake or operational workflow. AI and automation support delivery where appropriate, with human review and clear responsibilities.
- Do you work with our existing team?
- Yes. We embed alongside the team, and training is part of the engagement so the new way of working stays with them.
- How long does an engagement run?
- Long enough to diagnose, build, train, and hand off cleanly. The exact length depends on the scope we agree on.
- What happens after the engagement ends?
- Your team runs the systems. We remain available for check-ins and future iterations when the business needs them.
Your business, connected
The Tools Your Business Uses
AI becomes useful when it can work with the information, customers, decisions, and processes already moving through the company.
Launch Creative connects agents and workflows to the systems your team uses for communication, revenue, customer service, finance, reporting, delivery, and digital operations.
AI disclosure
We use AI. Here is exactly where.
AI does the repeatable part. Every deliverable is read by a person here before it reaches you or the public.
Strategy, recommendations, pricing, and any judgment call about your business are made by people and signed by us. We work inside commercial accounts whose terms keep client material out of provider training data.
AI use is disclosed per engagement. Before work starts, your scope document names which parts of the build are AI-assisted, what the review process looks like, and who at Launch Creative owns the final read.
Bring us the operating problem.
Bring one process that keeps returning to you. On the free 30-minute call, we map it and choose a written next step. A paid build is scoped separately.
