Privacy Policy

We use the following technologies on our sites:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which helps us measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our sites.
• Hyros, an advertising attribution service that helps us understand which of our ads and pages lead to purchases.
• Analytics and hosting tools provided by our website and form platforms, which may set their own functional cookies.

These tools may connect your visit to an ad you clicked or to a later purchase. You can limit this tracking by:

• Adjusting your ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account settings;
• Using your browser's cookie controls or private browsing mode;
• Using industry opt-out tools such as youradchoices.com.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, our sites do not currently respond to them.

We use personal information to:

• Deliver what you signed up for or purchased, including course access, downloads, and booked calls;
• Send transactional emails (receipts, login details, delivery and support emails);
• Send marketing emails and, where you have expressly opted in, text messages, which you can opt out of at any time;
• Measure and improve our websites, offers, and advertising;
• Provide customer support and maintain records of purchases and communications;
• Prevent fraud and enforce our terms;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the business, currently including:

• SamCart and its payment processors (checkout and payments)
• Kajabi (course hosting and delivery)
• HighLevel (GHL) (email, CRM, forms, and calendar booking)
• Hyros (advertising attribution)
• Meta Platforms (advertising measurement and delivery)
• Supabase and our website hosting providers (form and waitlist storage, site infrastructure)
• Google Workspace (business email and documents)

Each provider is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations regarding your data. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale or merger.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Transactional emails related to a purchase (receipts, course access, support) are sent as needed to fulfill your order even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

If you provide your phone number and expressly opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: purchase and tax records as required by law, course access records for as long as your access lasts, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request that we:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law (such as purchase records).

To make a request, email hello@launchcreative.com. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

California residents. We provide the rights above to all visitors, including the rights of access, correction, and deletion described in California law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Our sites and offers are for adults running or building businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our sites are operated from the United States and your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using our sites you consent to that transfer and processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the sites after a change means you accept the updated policy.
